I’m Eric Reed, a Navy veteran and Charles County resident running for District 2 Commissioner.

My priorities are straightforward: strong schools and student safety, public safety in every neighborhood, and responsible spending that puts taxpayers first. I believe in results over politics.

Why I’m Running

I’m running because Charles County families deserve leadership that puts results first.  Too often, decisions feel disconnected from the everyday concerns of residents – safe schools, strong public safety, and responsible use of tax dollars.  As a Navy veteran and Charles County resident, I believe local government should be accountable, transparent, and focused on what actually improves peoples lives.  Schools and student safety are especially important to me because every child deserves a safe place to learn and the opportunity to succeed.  I’m ready to bring clear priorities, practical solutions, and a results-driven approach to the Board of County Commissioners so we can strengthen our communities for the long term.
